ETHN1530 Black American Studies

This course uses an ethnic studies approach to Black Studies covering periods of social, cultural and historical development. Topics include African civilization, slavery, the Diaspora, abolition, reconstruction, segregation, Harlem Renaissance, and the Civil Rights Movement. Field trips may be a part of this course.
