WorkAbility III is a partnership program between Taft College and the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) designed to support students with disabilities as they prepare for, secure, and maintain competitive integrated employment.

Program Highlights:
• Career exploration & planning
• Resume & cover letter development
• Job application assistance
• Interview coaching
• Job placement & retention support
• Collaboration with DOR

Eligibility Requirements:
• Taft College students with a documented disability
• Registered with DSPS
• Eligible for Dept. of Rehabilitation services

How to Get Started:
1. Visit DSPS to complete an intake
2. Connect with Career Services (Center for Independent Living)
3. Meet with a DOR Counselor
4. Begin personalized career planning with WAIII staff
