ECEF 1621 Administration I: Planning and Administering an Early Care, and Education Program

This course is an introduction to administration and management of a program in early care, and education. It covers program types, budgets, regulations and laws, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and examines administrative tools, philosophies, and techniques for opening and operating an early care and education program.
