The Stanley and Madalyn Hutchison Engineering Promise Program (HEPP) at Taft College provides financial and academic support for students enrolled in the TC Engineering Program. The engineering program is designed to provide the foundational courses for a student to successfully complete upper division course work to achieve a B.S. degree in one of seven engineering disciplines.
